Patient Discharge

Discharge Procedure

  1. Treating consultant decides that patient is stable enough to be discharged.
  2. Discharge summary will be prepared by the treating unit.
  3. Collect discharge summary (signed & stamped by consultant) from the ward.
    • If you are not beneficiary of any health card (General Patient)
    • Report to IPD Registration Counter & collect final bill from them.
    • If you are beneficiary of Himcare/Ayushman card
    • Report to Ayushman/Himcare counter for the closure of card.
    • Report to IPD Registration Counter & collect final bill from them.
